| Welcome to Buzz & Bliss! We are excited for you to experience our unique salon and spa for men and women, located in Fort Collins, Colorado. As a guest we want you to be transformed by our special environment of personal attention, comfort, state-of-the-art equipment, leading-edge products and gracious service. |
| When should I arrive? |
| Spa check-in time is 15 minutes prior to your appointment, to fill out paper work. Arriving late may deprive you of your treatment time as your appointment will end at the originally scheduled time as a courtesy to the next guest. |
| Silence is Golden |
| We love children, but to maintain our atmosphere we ask that you do not bring children with you unless they are receiving a service. Any client under the age of 18 must have an adult sign a consent form, and children under 18 must have an adult present in the room during the treatment. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| We will need a credit card number to hold your appointment. If you must cancel your appointment, we ask that you please notify us 24 hours prior to your appointment and 48 hours prior to spa packages. If that appointment is cancelled the day of your service, or you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge you 50% of the total service cost. While we understand that emergency cancellations happen, our therapists and stylists are paid on a commission basis so we ask that you please respect their time, thank you! |
| Return Policy |
| All sales on make up, brushes, equipment and clearance items are final. You may return a product within 10 days of purchase with a receipt. There must be 80% of the product left in the bottle. |
