Cancellation Policy: Buzz & Bliss will attempt to provide you with convenient times to schedule and receive services. Therefore, if you must cancel we ask that you please notify us 24 hours prior to your appointment and 48 hours prior to spa packages. We ask that you provide us with your credit card number when booking appointments. If your appointment is cancelled the day of your service or you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge 50% of the total service cost to your card. While we understand that emergency cancellations happen, our therapists and stylists are paid on a commission basis so we ask that you please respect their time as well as others who wish to be pampered. Thank you!
